A good book, simple and practical.
It is amazing that I can now access unadulterated wisdom from India, the Land of Spirituality, in the comfort of my own office.
It makes sense to me that the root cause for many of our stresses is that we want to own everything, yet we could not even own our own mind. I have been looking for simple and effective methods to manage my emotions and get my energy back.
Too many theories and opinions do not help. A simple regular practice does wonders. This book shows me how, in five simple steps.

This was a fun and engaging read while also being useful!
The author comes from an interesting history and has a lot of wisdom to add to the teachings of zen buddhism, as a yogi, meditation teacher and a woman who is immersed in both cultures of the East and West.
The writing is fun, easy to read and not overly technical like many other books on the topic.
Perfect for somebody who is interested in meditating but hasn’t tried it before and wants a no-nonsense guide for how to get started.
